Work Life balance is great The people are so awesome to work with You are working with disruptive technology Diversity is amazing at this company Benefits have gotten a lot better. Leadership actually listened to their employees and gave us what we asked for Great leadership -you never would guess that you are in the same room as the CEO or President because they are very humble You are constantly challenged to be the version of yourself. No micro-managing-when they hire you, they trust you are going to do the work needed You get to wear multiple hats.
Cons
I would not consider this a con at all. You are working at a start up and you have to be open to wearing multiple hats. Like I said, I would not consider this a drawback because I have learned so much being in my role. Our benefits have gotten significantly better! We now have 401k. I think our current PTO is okay but could always be better and more competitive.
