As we continue to scale the business, there will be specialist talent that we'll need to hire that we may not already have within the org - acquiring new and diverse talent will be critical to our continued growth and success. We're excited to say that there have been, and will be continued opportunities to grow from within - an average of 10% of the new roles we opened in 2020 were filled thru Internal Mobility, this increased to 13% in Q1 of this year (this does not include # of promotions, lateral role changes - or increased roles & responsibilities).
