      + Office space is open, welcoming, and friendly. + Colleagues are great, management cares about employees + Work-culture is strong, everyone is invested in the product + Weekly company lunches, as well as a variety of clubs (movies, basketball, etc.)

      - It's hard to pinpoint any, the company does a great job taking care of its employees

      - Great people and culture - Good comp - Good transparency from top to bottom - Opportunities for career growth - Free online schooling to learn new skills - Great office space/environment - Stable org - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Parking close by is difficult, designated lot is 0.5 mi away, if you enjoy a walk you'll be fine.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and people! The environment is great - everyone works really hard and genuinely wants to be there and make a difference. I felt like I was a part of a family right from day one, and my team has been really supportive. The people are really nice, and the work-life balance is great. For the first time, I love going to work every day. I feel like I’m given a lot of autonomy and am also able to contribute and voice my opinion about strategy and the future of the team I’m on.

      Cons

      It is a start-up experiencing a lot of growth, so resources are thin, but there is great communication and transparency in addressing issues. In my opinion, this makes it an exciting time to be at the company; expect to work hard, and contribute to build processes for the future.
