      A Tech Company with Kindness

      Pros

      Fantastic work culture, incredibly talented colleagues that put incredibly high value on emotional intelligence and kindness. Strong work-life balance and you're surrounded by people who are super down for healthy living. Strong comp plus potential yearly bonuses. Full benefits, great vacation time, weekly catered lunches.

      Cons

      Competitive salary but could use stronger equity in comp packages. We're still figuring out org processes so there's a bit of flux in how we do things. If you're looking for a "figured out" organization then this probably isn't for you. If you're down to join up with a company hasn't become rigid in processes yet and want to help shape them then this will be right up your alley.

      Pros

      The leadership team is approachable, transparent and flexible - a solid balance of creative thinking and astute business sense. Work-life balance is pretty incredible - people actually take vacations, and though the days are fast-paced, the office pretty much shuts down after 6pm, and is totally locked on the weekends. Lots of great perks, and the people are super smart and hard-working, but really kind and cool. Being somewhere mission-driven makes coming to work every day a lot more meaningful.

      Cons

      We're growing quickly and we could use some more space, but I know that's in the works - the facilities team communicates openly about that and is quick to respond to any short-term hiccups.

      Pros

      Amazing culture. Rare opportunity to have big financial upside but also have big social impact. This company really is delivering on improving the health and happiness of the world and I feel very proud to work here.

      Cons

      Running out of space in the office given the big growth in headcount, but I know management is working on it!
