      Pros

      Headspace is a wonderful team of hard-working, passionate people. They love what they do, and are super-passionate about helping the world.

      Cons

      With the speed of technology companies these days, the turnover has been extreme. Many people have left for their own mental health, which is odd because the nature of the business is to better the happiness and health of the world. Be prepared for very little training, little to no on-ramp, and a breakneck speed.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, they really take interviews seriously and bring on the right people. Great benefits and time off. Flexible schedule. Great if you can put your head in the sand forever.

      Cons

      They then treat those people like cogs in the machine. Upper management constantly say that they care about their team but if you have to continue to say that…that means it’s not true. Because what they do doesn’t support this. The layoffs and constant change in care hours is just a few examples. The changes are nonstop with that being said I can’t keep up. The support since the layoffs are non existent. It’s a joke. I laugh at the situation I’m in almost daily. It’s frustrating and nobody seems to genuinely care. It’s all so fake. Never have I ever worked anywhere that the people are so fake, or disingenuous. It’s so much toxic positivity.

      Direction from top down is chaotic. Many people don't qualify to be in their position, just nepotism at its finest.
