After the new CPO joined, the environment changed quickly and noticeably. There was a consistent assumption of incompetence unless ideas originated directly from her. Perspectives that didn’t align with her point of view weren’t treated as healthy debate: they were sidelined. Over time, people stopped speaking up. For a company whose mission centers on compassion and mental wellbeing, the disconnect was striking.

Poor leadership, they are cruel and enjoy watching their staff suffer and struggle. They are dishonest and lacking in moral judgement and expect that staff should be okay with this behavior. They consistently ask coaches to act against the ethical codes that their professional organizations espouse.
