      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with, the members we got to support and the overall mission of the company.

      Cons

      The moment you have a CEO take over that's previous experience was as the CRO of Door Dash, you knew it was going to be an uphill battle. Making every Therapist a contract employee shows you how little he cares for backbone of the organization. If somebody doesn't know how to create revenue delivering french fries, not sure who in their right mind thought they'd be able to do it with mental healthcare.
