Pros

Powerful mission, fun brand, cool history, talented teams.

Cons

Lack of clear growth path even after consistently expressing career goals. Leadership lied multiple times about layoffs. Reduction in benefits over the last year. For a mental health company, I expected a MUCH higher bar than this.
