Some nice people. Good brand recognition.

Cons

Things have gone downhill fast with the addition of our new CEO. Profits over ppl. Perks such as every other Friday off were taken away amidst a massive 13% layoff. CEO is hell bent on turning the company from human first to another AI company. Morale is extremely low. Many ppl laid off RIGHT before, during or RIGHT after maternity leave without cause. People are beaten to the ground with more work and less resources by the day. Mixed messages about where the company is going makes everyone’s head spin and strips confidence.

Hours are good for me coworkers are amazing pay is better than most places

Cons

Management above CM are out of touch and don't give a damn about employees The new CEO is not following the values outlined and taking the company down a horrible road.
