      Amazing caring coaches and therapists

      Cons

      Corporate of corporate. Pandering to whatever will get the leads a dollar. They act very progressive and diverse, but openly take money from corrupt sources like blackstone. Zero, I mean zero, actual mental health knowledge outside of the care team. In 5 mins of talking to leadership it is clear to see there is no passion or understanding for offering true help. It’s just about exploiting those in need to fill their own pockets. Cheap, not evidence based, and not authentic.

      The pay is decent; good benefits; love the people I work with.

      Cons

      Shady PTO: was "unlimited/ flexible". Can only use it when they want you to-most of your requests will be denied. People are burnt out and being overworked. Leadership is tone deaf The job can be overwhelming.
