      Pros

      For the past few years I've been able to be part of a company that truly helps people. This past month with all that is going on it feels like the whole company has come together and is responding to this crisis in a way I that I am proud of. The management team is more transparent and while working from home can be hard my manager and my coworkers are very supportive.

      Cons

      Focus, there is so much that we can be do, but there isn't always a clear framework to decide what to do. So, we go in a lot of directions at once and sometimes this means a few groups are doing the same work without knowing it.

      Pros

      The people at Headspace are easily the best part of working here. Every single person I've worked closely with has been hard-working and kind. The space itself is lovely; the company culture encourages whole body health. They serve healthy lunch, provide a gym membership, and even onsite workouts. I can't speak highly enough of the organization.

      Cons

      I don't think there are serious downsides to working for Headspace. Nothing is perfect, but I wake up excited to go to work every day (even Monday) and that is something special.

      Pros

      Beautiful office, great company events, fabulous product and admirable company goals

      Cons

      As a freelancer my experience was less than stellar. Compensation and work hours were great but there was a lot of disorganization and terrible communication , team dynamics , and task delegation.
