      Pros

      AMAZING PEOPLE! Can't say enough about the people Headspace attracts. You end up forging life-long friendships here. Benefits are great. Every other Friday off. Unlimited PTO. You get to see how your efforts directly impacts the organizational goals and people around you.

      Cons

      Not a con, but something to be aware of. With any start-up or start-up like company, not everything is going to run smoothly. Resources may be short, things may seem disorganized, etc. Just be ready to have an open and curious mind, be willing to give and receive constructive feedback, and be willing to contribute more than just your role to help continue to build this company.

      - Mission of making the world a better and healthier place - Great perks & pay - Daily meditations - Lifetime subscription - Great people with lot's of passion & positive energy - So much understanding during Covid crisis from Management & HR

      - Some projects are badly managed and deadlines can be quite stressful. - Sometimes it feels like we're going in too many directions

      Pros

      This review is for the organization's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The world situation has made everything feel more stressful than usual. A lot of companies aren't showing up for their employees, but Headspace is. I have been impressed by the displays of human connection/compassion that leadership and team members are carrying out. We're in constant communication as a team. Surprisingly, we're hosting more all hands, open Q and As, panels and community events virtually. Meetings have more purpose now as well. Headspace is also supporting the community. It feels great to be working for a mission-driven company that is helping people during this time.

      Cons

      All things considered, there isn't a complaint right now.
