      Pros

      The direct care employees who are doing the work are phenomenal individuals.

      Cons

      Clear disconnect between leadership and the Care staff. Multiple reductions in staff over a 2 year period has resulted in a lack of adequate staffing. This has caused some coaches to work with upwards of 30 members a day, taking multiple chats at once. There is a lack of ethical oversight in the operation. They pay you well in hopes you'll forget how badly you're treated.

      Pros

      Connecting with Employee Resource Groups that shared similar cultural backgrounds and values was great (until it was not offered to PT workers anymore) Enjoy serving the clients I meet with

      Cons

      I have to echo with what everyone is saying - Since the new CEO has joined, I feel a shift in the culture at Headspace is very unwelcoming and very opposite of what they pose to be. Of course they are corporate, but it is apparent they do not have the values that align with looking out for the wellbeing of their staff and users.

      Pros

      Solid cohort of other clinicians with regular check-ins and team meetings. I enjoyed working with most of my clients.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for clinicians, limited opportunities for growth. Management did not seem to prioritize retention of clinicians.
