      The management team is not professional. There is no accountability for the team's mistakes; they always blame others instead. The communication is horrible, and upper management plays favorites. This team did not walk the talk for mental health.

      Great time off benefit with every other Friday off.

      Company is dysfunctional and not doing well financially. Employees are not very collaborative. 401K match was reduced to 1%.
