      Flexible schedule, generous budget for on-going education, exciting mission, and good benefits like reimbursement for a wide variety of self care activities

      Cons

      Therapists remain woefully underpaid generally when considering the demands of the job and required education. Headspace Health pays better than many jobs in this field, but it really isn’t enough. Answers to questions about both merit and cost of living raises are disappointing.

      Headspace is full of amazing people that are full of drive and curiosity. The mission-driven culture aligns the team. We're growing quickly, but we are putting a lot of care into how we grow and the impact we have on the people who are impacted by our product and our organization. Headspace is a great place to work if you're looking to be inspired by the work you do and the people you work with on a daily basis.

      Fast growth can be a double-edge sword. its both exciting, but tumultuous at times. Come prepared for change
