      Pros

      Smart and creative people, PTO, great office, catered lunches and fun culture. There are a lot of really great people here that are inspiring all of us to stay creative and make the app successful. Great health insurance and paid time off.

      Cons

      It's still a job, but overall you're able to have a life outside of work and enjoy your career.

      Pros

      World class talent: Headspace includes many of the brightest and most passionate people with whom I've ever worked. Nearly every department has folks who shine. I am constantly impressed with the level of talent that continues to join Headspace. Mission: At Headspace there is no trade-off between the business and the mission. We go to work knowing that growth in engagement and subscribers reflect value that people receive. Folks here join and work like crazy to improve health and happiness; that energy is infectious. Resources: We have the luxury of great tools and resources to do our jobs well. We use the best software services and have very strong data infrastructure. Strong growth: Company success results in expanded opportunities for employees.

      Cons

      The cons that I see are very common for high growth startups... Tackling too many things at once or growing headcount without adequate purpose. However, I have seen both of these get better over time. The company is full of well-intentioned folks, with almost no ass-holes. This is generally fantastic, but one side effect is that we could use more constructive conflict and disagreement.
