More Cons than Pros

Pros

Nice people, technically challenging, end result is better health care for people, semi-casual dress code, decent but not great benefits

Cons

Little room for advancement, owned by a retail pharmacy, company has not made a profit in 10 years, no money for hiring needed positions or decent pay increases, uncertainty leading to anxiety, sometimes there is little work to do leading to severe boredom.

Pros

The pay and benefits were good. The work was interesting. The concept is a good alternative to just treating you when you're sick.

Cons

Day to day work and atmosphere truly depended on your immediate manager. Upper management seemed directionless Middle management was set with impossible tasks
