-plethora of talented people willing to be collaborative -HR makes an effort to keep the camaraderie due to remote challenges through virtual events -remote first company

Cons

-Compensation on the lower side, and not well adjusted with market rate -high turnaround -tough to grow as there isn't much focus on development of individual, and no promotional structure -goals aren't aligned, and often lack of communication -turning into corporate culture vs entrepreneurial -lack of boundaries
