Remote Occasional free snacks Great co-workers PTO that accrues Health/Dental insurance 401k

Cons

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. HR/ The company is TOXIC. The company does not really care about you. They only want you to think they do. You can expect to be overworked. Acknowledgement of a job well done is rare. Only work here if you want to give up your life.

Pros

In 30 days, I already feel I am part of the family. The HR staff has made my onboarding experience easy and filled my calendar early to ensure that I meet so many of my colleagues quickly. They have been true to their Core Values and I appreciate the passion, culture, success, growth, teamwork, family, & bias for action that has been visible daily throughout the organization.

Cons

In my first 30 days, I have not indicated any negatives that exist that would impact my feedback at this time.
