      Work from home and flexible work hours

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment where bullying and not-so-veiled threats are part of a days work. Leadership is clueless and only pay attention when someone needs to be blamed. This place is a dumpster fire where pouring gasoline is rewarded and suggesting a fire extinguisher will get you ignored or exhausted into silence.

      No Career Opportunities No projects specifically for dev team No team involvement Toxic Work Culture Team and Manager doesn't have collaboration No Promotion for silly reason they will stop us promoting
