      Good health benefits Great people (the workers)

      Cons

      Management promises changes and then continues to make same poor choices. The company makes unrealistic promises and then expects the workers to kill themselves to accomplish them. The company uses people and then dumps them quickly when they are not needed anymore. Horrible work life balance

      Work from home and flexible work hours

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment where bullying and not-so-veiled threats are part of a days work. Leadership is clueless and only pay attention when someone needs to be blamed. This place is a dumpster fire where pouring gasoline is rewarded and suggesting a fire extinguisher will get you ignored or exhausted into silence.
