Thank you for taking the time to review your experience working at HealthEquity! It's great to hear that you've appreciated the diversity, growth opportunities and benefits that the company has to offer. While you're no longer with us, you might be glad to hear that we've continued with a PTO policy that allows our teammates to roll over up to 80 hours of PTO a year. While it isn't an unlimited rollover, we hope the result is that it encourages our teammates to spend time with their families and away from work in an effort to promote their overall health and wellbeing. Great callouts about systems, workload, and meetings - this is feedback that isn't taken lightly and can help us to improve our teammate experience. Thank you again for your thoughtful review!
