Pros

Double digit pay per hour. CEO is pretty legit.

Cons

-Pay is not competitive for the work involved and has actually decreased over the past 5 years. -Lack of follow through on promises (promised me a raise multiple times over the course of a year, promised resolutions on technical difficulties on server end, promised a career path for high performance) -Nepotism runs thick. -Performance is not consistently rewarded or evaluated. -If you are good at what you do they will not promote or even consider you for promotion, they cannot afford to lose you on the customer service end. -Mediocrity is rewarded as much as above and beyond and will most likely let you excel here. -Bonus's are based on your performance but your performance is also judged by a callers opinion. If they think the company is less than great, they will most likely lump the Team Member into that too, even if the Team Member did everything right. It is not 100% controllable by the Team Member even though it is branded as such. Also, the "evaluators" are inconsistent with what they look for. There are many things that are consistent but there are so many nuances that what is important to one is not to another and this WILL effect your bonus.

Member Services plays a critical function in the business, so even though you're no longer with us, and some of your feedback indicates you felt under recognized, I want to thank you for the service that you did provide to our members while you were with us. The detail of the feedback and advice you've provided is appreciated - it will help us to identify areas of improvement. Bonuses, pay, merit increases, and promotions are all extremely important topics - Thank you for raising awareness and contributing to the experience of future team members! And I have to agree with you - our CEO is definitely "pretty legit" :)

Pros

Different Social activities. Chat Groups created for different hobbies (photography, snowboarding, mountain biking, books, videogames..), Many opportunities to improve your knowledge

Cons

In Utah, you'll have to face the snow in winter. Too many meetings.

Thank you for your review of HealthEquity. It's great to hear that you value the social clubs and opportunities to connect with fellow teammates. I think that's something that has become even more profound to our teammate experience during this time of physical separation. Fortunately, with most of the workforce at home, the snow hasn't been too bad this year! Great point about too many meetings...I think some of that has come from adjusting to remote work, but hopefully the company designated meeting free times and other initiatives see a better balance of meeting time. This sentiment is being discussed and hopefully you'll see the needle continue to move in the right direction regarding that topic. Thank you again for your review!

Pros

Overall benefits are almost at market competitiveness.

Cons

This company has truly lost their company mission. During start-up the organization had a strong growth strategy that was clear to all employees . This mission/strategy has slowly eroded (especially post WageWorks acquisition). Also, there is a strong lack of diversity at the executive level which you can view yourself by viewing the leader profiles on their company website..
