Pros

Company events Healthcare for some people Hours are good Pay is ok

Cons

Training was horrible. They threw new people on phones with little training and no help. The new system they rolled out miscalculated customer call ins. So customers were waiting hours before team members helped them. When asking for more training on flex accounts my supervisor ignored me. Later when I brought it up to her about how I asked for help she told me that there was no time. I dreaded going to work.

Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. I am sorry to hear of your experience while with us. Your experience is obviously not what we intend or strive for. This feedback has been shared so that we can learn and improve. I can confidently say that training opportunities are provided as equal opportunity. Opportunities for training are available based on role needs, qualifications and performance, not favoritism. I am curious if you are referring to individual coaching from your leader which you felt was unevenly provided. Regardless, we wish you well.
