      Great Company, Great Culture, Demanding Job

      Pros

      HealthEquity is a wonderful company to work for. There is a genuine sense of team. As a whole, the organization does a great job of showing that it values employees. The company is growing which provides a lot of opportunity for mentorship and growth.

      Cons

      As a growing company, there are many parts of the organization which are growing faster than they can handle and, as a result, many jobs can be quite demanding and division of labor can be difficult to define as roles are born and shaped as the company grows.

It can be tempting for organizations to 'over-engineer' their culture, and in doing so, appear less genuine than they intend to be. A remarkable work place environment can be as simple as that - "lending a listening ear. Provide support. Treat team members with respect, compassion, and fair and realistic expectations."       Pros

      HealthEquity has a fantastic culture. They really truly care about their clients and team members, and it shows. This company goes out of its way to make team members feel appreciated and engaged, and that effort is passed down to the members and partners that we work with. Our values are top priority, and they are actually translated into the workplace culture - which doesn't happen at many companies.

      Cons

      I can't think of any specific negative aspects of working at HealthEquity.
