Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. We do continue to grow at a solid pace which can create some pain points in many areas of the business. This is why it is so critical to maintain our stubborn approach to hire bright, talented, PURPLE people to create a better experience for all. We best grow as we learn and solve together. Regarding the promotions - I would encourage any team member to work with their leadership if there are potential hiring concerns. Many times, providing additional insights or communication can help alleviate many concerns. Not always but this can help build bridges.
