Thank you for your review of HealthEquity! I love that you call out culture and benefits, and am glad that you feel those are done right. Regarding your feedback - we definitely don't want you to feel like "just another number." Working from home definitely has it's benefits, but isolation can be a very real side effect that we need to continue to battle. I'd suggest being vocal about how you feel with your leader if you haven't already. Additionally, feel free to reach out to our culture and engagement team for ideas on how to engage with your team and not feel alone, even if you're physically separated from your teammates. Thank you for your review of HealthEquity! Although brief, your review provides great insight. I'm glad you recognize positive leadership. Definitely be vocal about the uncertainty that you're feeling with your leaders. I've really appreciated the transparency that leadership provides, but if you feel uncertainty from organizational changes, then there is definitely opportunity for an increase in transparency. Speak with your leaders and even the People Team and I have hope that those conversations can lead to even more confidence despite any change taking place.
