HealthEquity is undergoing significant growth all the while having transitioned to a predominantly work-from-home structure - Lots of change, which brings lots of opportunity. I like what you say about the "weak hearted". Aside from the changes you referred to, I think our company mission of connecting health and wealth along with our vision are also not for the "weak hearted". Thank you for all that you have done for that mission and for our members, partners, and your fellow teammates as you worked at HealthEquity. That's good indication that we're moving in the right direction! The acquisition has certainly presented obstacles. I agree that senior leadership has played an important role in facilitating as smooth a transition as possible. Aside from senior leadership, you and our other teammates deserve recognition for supporting such a significant transition - thank you for what you have done for HealthEquity! Your comment about salary inconsistencies is much appreciated. This very concern is currently being addressed and a project is underway to establish consistent, fair, and more transparent salaries across the entire organization. It's a big project for any organization going through such a significant integration, and is prioritized because of feedback like yours - so thank you!
