Pros

Great benefits, love remote work, do sometimes feel like Im genuinely being heard. Enjoy the concept of purple culture but it could be implemented better.

Cons

Frequent system issues, card issues, and fraud issues yet we get corrective action plans when we get low survey scores. We are not supported enough in our training and resources. I am frequently teaching new employees about workarounds to the mobile app and website which have constant problems and they are not taught. Plus, we are often told to go to scoop which often has unclear and contradictory info. We have supervisors who rarely know more about whats going on then us. Lack of communication from supporting teams to MS like fraud and card teams. MS and CS are often separated from the larger company meetings and feedback loops. Its just incredibly frustrating and exhausting. I wish MS was reached out to more regarding our issues. I promise we have plenty of ideas and intelligence that could be a great resource if you were willing to reach out.

Pros

Benefits are decent, teammates are helpful and supportive

Cons

Company doesn’t actually value their employees, pay is low for the skills required for the position, PTO is rarely approved even with significant notice, company promises inclusivity and understanding of those with disabilities but does not deliver on this at all, departments do not communicate well leaving a constant disconnect that hinders employees and members, management is not nearly as knowledgeable as they should be (most teammates know more than management), Member Service is treated like a revolving door with constant layoffs and new hires, there are constant system issues that fall back on the employees and hurt our metrics
