Fun Teammates(Some of them) Decent Pay(Depends on position) If you like doing all of the group work while your other coworkers do nothing this is the place for you to work

No work life balance Unorganized and dismissive Management Slackers are praised while high output employees are burnt out doing the slackers jobs. Will gaslight you promising promotions and raises and then Management will actively ignore you and their promises they made because it inconveniences them in the slightest way if paper work or any type of administrative work is done. Not ADA friendly at all Several people have unalived themselves due to burn out and stress. AGAIN NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER ON A SPREADSHEET. They will promise you a full time position only to replace you with contractors from India once the job is completed to maintain a broken environment. No support from other teams. horrible cross department cohesion Everyone is gunning to get you out if you don't fit their cult like culture of letting them walk over you.

Pros

HealthEquity (HQY) works with their employees. HQY listens to what we say and, in their time, corrects the issue. HQY tries to make work/life balance. HQY tries to make work fun, with a "Facebook" type page and with other activities. HQY allows paid time for their employees to assist their organizations to help others in the area.

Cons

HealthEquity (HQY) is a big company. Sometimes it feels as if I am just a number. HQY does not communicate well with other departments. for example, when on FMLA, was told that I should ONLY reach out to the FMLA department, but to return from FMLA, I must reach out to FMLA, and other departments in order for me to come back to work, then when done, my schedule was messed up to 6 times before I was actually able to work. HQY, takes a while to recognize their employees, unless you have been with the company for a while, because they are so big, which makes me feel like a number, instead of someone helping others to help their health needs be met.

The company has good values and does strive to take care of their members and partners.

Cons

They do not consider increasing the wages of their current employees as important as offering high compensation to get new employees. They do not consider moving to an new role and increasing your skillset as an advancement.
