Company benefits, constant critical thinking so you are never bored, fully remote, many career advancement opportunities, lack of reliable resources need to do your role.

Cons

Training material is not the most beneficial, company makes too many changes and poorly communicates those to team members, very fast paced and performance expectations are unrealistic.
