The culture used to be amazing.

Cons

The culture is awful, coworkers are manipulative and end up stabbing you in the back more often than not. The amount of high school-level drama here is ridiculous.

Good Benefits, doesn't matter if they don't care

Good benefits Work from home Getting hired was easy Was able to move up a level within 6 months

Constantly changing everything with no regard for the employees: policies, job roles/responsibilities, schedules, processes, website work programs Despite what they say, they will not accommodate to your needs and will not negotiate or compromise. They will not hear our concerns. It's either their way no questions asked or you will be forced to quit. Texas health insurance is not great- none of my regular providers take my insurance nor have ever heard of it They may express their appreciation for employees but the fact of the matter is your just a number and they will make you want to quit so they don't have to lay you off.

Cons

The CTO literally said anyone that wasn't working in the office was an offshore employee. Management doesn't know their people.
