      Good culture but low pay

      Pros

      Lots of extra-curricular things such as welllness, volunteer time, gym benefits, HSA contributions and matches. Fun virtual events or events within the hub of where you work.

      Cons

      Low Pay Messy career paths throughout the whole company and departments. Leadership does not acknowledge those who actually do the work.

      Pros

      Fully remote, great HSA contribution from company

      Cons

      Low pay for work done, company is unwilling to adjust cost of living increases during this high inflation rate (8%) and it's hurting everyone. They claimed they were helping us by not raising healthcare costs in lieu of a cost of living raise, but they raised our premiums anyway. I would rather have the cost of living increase

      Good culture but buyouts cause company to have frequent layoffs

      Pros

      I liked the people. I came from a company that was acquired by Health Equity. They did have good technologies.

      Cons

      Seems like they grew too fast. They were always buying other companies, and so to make up for those expenditures, they had multiple layoffs. At one point, there were two in less than two months. Plus, I never saw any opportunity for growth or upward movement.
