-Benefits are decent -Many really dedicated and smart people -The mission

Cons

-Pay is lower, by around 20-30%, for tech. It is getting harder to ignore that pay gap disparity. -Silos seem to be getting worse in the past year. Teams making decisions, not consulting others, which impacts clients and members. -Technology and systems integration is antiquated

Pros

Core values are solid and achievable. Executive Management (CEO level) are genuine.

Cons

Don't always practice what they preach. Emphasize diversity, but don't really follow that protocol. All about who you know. Senior Management are bullies and have their favorites that they allow to do little to nothing and yet be rewarded. Also have Cultish behavior.
