Extremely disorganized bad leaders being brought in from external and do not know what they are doing and have been making things worse.

Lots of rewards and bonuses.

Cons

Massive layoff with zero notice. Like, held a meeting and told to clock out. They did not follow up on one single item in their severance package. Even layed off the class that just finished training.
