Great co-workers and management The company is growing, so the job security feels stable (at least for now) Depending on the department needs, management allows some flexibility with scheduling to accommodate for lunchtime work outs.

Cons

The employee resource team appears to be an average marketing team (communications include bad links, suggestions where to find things, but the resource doesn't exist) and it's more of the company legal department; interaction with them does not leave you feeling the team wants to better your environment and that replying to e-mails is an annoyance to them. Pros

I believe most of the individual contributors across teams are amazing and remarkable people. It didn't feel silo'd working on a team, and open communication between teams was easy. There are still a few people here trying to keep purple culture alive and when you find them, they're amazing.

Cons

Executive leadership vision and strategy seems to be putting culture, not on the back burner, but off the stove completely. There seems to be a rather large disconnect between the needs of the team and goals of leadership. It is hard to have trust in any leader at this point and difficult to feel that the work we are doing is meaningful.

The company has a great mission, and many people sincerely want to help members reach their financial and health care needs/goals. the company is also situated to capitalize on higher interest rates over the coming years.

Cons

Lots of big egos and a culture of rewarding responding to issues rather than avoiding the issues in the first place.
