Pros

- Great co-workers - Used to have fun parties etc - They contribute a lot to your HSA, although even that amount doesn't make up for the high insurance premiums - They have finally accepted that people can work effectively from home

Cons

- Pay is lagging behind industry - Health insurance premiums and deductible are the highest I've ever paid - Raises only seem to happen if you are loud about it and even then they equate to just a hundred or two a month - Until recently their referral bonus was just $50. Now a select few, harder to fill positions, offer $1000 - They don't pay any part of the vision insurance premiums

Pros

Great Benefits. Hard to be fired. Friendly Work Environment. As long as you show up you're job is secure.

Cons

HealthEquity recently bought a bad company called WageWorks. Its HealthEquity on the outside but still WageWorks on the inside, an unorganized mess. Annual raises are slap in the face.

Pros

HealthEquity has provided me with all the opportunities I could have hoped for coming out of college. My career has progressed speedily due to the rapid corporate growth and opportunities it comes with. My leadership in finance has given me opportunities to learn new things and progress at the speed at which I want to progress. I've felt like the career trajectory for many at HealthEquity is limitless. I feel rewarded for hard work, and I think my leadership allows me and others to grow into roles based on previous successes. I appreciate the leadership of the executives, who have continually pushed for transparency and culture over all, even with the difficulties of an acquisition and COVID-19.

Cons

The acquisition of WageWorks has created difficulties. Feelings are hurt, growing pains create frustrated team members, and it's hard to learn the characters of new leadership at the mid-level positions. Posturing happens every now and then.
