- This is a great place to work if you don't aspire to advance your career (or your paycheck). - The company focuses too much on D&I. Literally no one cares about management's efforts to prove how gender-conforming and not racist they are.

Growing Pains but Love it

Pros

HealthEquity has been a great company they have really helped me grow my career. Decent benefits, work-from-home opportunities, and great people.

Cons

We are feeling growing pains and it shows, the team members feel it and we don't know when it will get under control. The executive team has been great but has seemed really disconnected from the lower-level team members. Pay is below market rates and it gets hard with the inflation of living costs.
