The company has good benefits. Pay is fair.

Cons

They don't know how to determine worth of employees. Some of the best employees with the most knowledge are terminated. Wageworks was great!

Remote, semi-flexible, challenging, total compensation package, pto, opportunities for advancement

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, metric driven, unsafe leadership, poor lower and mid management and inconsistent support, constant process changes with little to no training. Change is good! Change MANAGEMENT is lacking.
