Pros

HealthEquity is good to their people. They encourage use of PTO and offer unlimited PTO for salary positions. They have good benefits.

Cons

Very little training tools, no career paths, poor communication between departments. Systems are outdated. Resources are impossible to find.

I’ve been with the company for almost 4 years. HealthEquity is definitely the best company I’ve worked for. They really care about their employees and your efforts do not go unnoticed. Very inclusive and many career opportunities.
