Cons

Last Two CTO have been a total disaster. Current one is a hatchet man who doesn’t hide his desire to burn out his employees than toss them aside. Promotion in the area is very much politically based over merit based.

I really enjoy working for HQY the last one year been good. So far I have supportive team members and amazing supervisor. I am on Misty team she is amazing and definitely goes above and beyond to help me if I have Questions or need to learn more about something. I do feel a lot of support. You show up to work and do your job everything will be okay. I do enjoy that am home so that's always nice especially as a busy wife and mother. I have help at home but it's nice to see my baby during my lunch break that is definitely a bonus

Cons

The shift bid process is not easy. It would be nice to have both days of the weekends off but it's not too bad sometimes. Peak season can be overwhelming but when we have everyone working together it balances a lil. I haven't heard anything about pay increase after a year so hopefully that does happen soon I been doing an amazing job on everything I am asked to do and also all requirements so will see.

The ability to work from home.

Cons

Too many to count lately. Very poor management. Very poor training. Very poor customer service. ( Not great considering that used to be what we were known for)
