Pros

There are no company "pros," other than being grateful to have a paycheck.

Cons

Pay cut. Pay freeze. Removal of holiday time. Removal of overtime. Poor staffing strategies (too many, too few). Don't make your full hours of pay for a variety of poor administration and recruitment reasons. Zero communication from the top down.

HealthPRO is a great therapy company.

Pros

Operates with integrity. Recognizes that therapy is a business, but doesn't drive productivity above patient care. Very flexible with scheduling and has a couple of sites that I can work at to fulfill full time status. Promotes from within.

Cons

Pay freeze. Additionally, I believe every company can always improve communication, especially with recent growth of the company.
