try to over manage; micro manage; each month adds more about money less about patient care; actually hired someone else in a position to replace one employee who had worked less than a year while she was gone for 2 weeks out of state for her daughter to have surgery for cancerous tumors :: so so very morally wrong but not technically legs! ( they knew that they missed the American Healthcare Act by 2 weeks and ran with that opportunity).

Too few nurses for workload, sometimes expected to work beyond true scope of practice, very profit driven company, sometimes at the true expense of the patients & staff.
