      Pros

      It's fun working for a healthcare company that isn't only clinics and hospitals but also an institute and an insurance company.

      Cons

      Flat organization - once you get to the top of your position, management is few and far between. Large organization so you are rarely recognized. Also very old school in their ways. I would appreciate a more flexible work environment, in regards to working from home, work attire, flexible hours as long as the work is done, etc.
