everything else, after aep you be forced to be customer service which sucks but at least they keep you on.

- management hates constructive criticism - no one is ever on the same page - script is changed way too often

Cons

If you are not good at selling, it's not going to be a good time. You can learn, but be prepared for a grind. However, if you can sell, you literally won't find a better sales job in terms of flexibility, pay, and just feeling good about what you do.
