Pros

Literally nothing good can be said about this place.

Cons

Ensurem was sold to HPOne. We onboarded without a pay structure. 3 week " training " from agents that only sold PDPs. One Trainer told us he didnt know what the 48 hour rule was .... ( should be all you need to hear ) I was in training 4 days before I left and they held my license 92 days. If you somehow went to the floor with them it's 6 month hold. Never authorized contracts and they sent them on their own. Most unprofessional bait and switch shop I have ever seen in 5 years of Medicare. Outdated quoting technology. No sunfire. No Marx. This place is in a word a joke. Going from making 150 a policy at 20 an hour to 55 a policy at 17 an hour. What an oppurtunity. If you love managers in corn rows asking you to show your hands in virtual meetings and EXTREME micromanagement you have found the right place.

Pros

Leadership is good. I had a great supervisor in the sales department.

Cons

They move you to another deparment without prior notice. I went from Sales Rep to Customer Service Rep after the selling season was over because the client didn't need that many sales reps. Commissions were below bare minimum.
