      Pros

      I've worked here for almost 2 years, I can honestly say that 99% of the time I wake up and am happy to go to work. This department is by far the best in the company - truly a team environment. I'm making the most now than I ever have in my life for a yearly income - love the potential that each day brings.

      Cons

      Fair warning - this job isn't easy, it is outbound calling and you need a thick skin some days! However the leads are there for you, if you can take the ups with the downs then it is an awesome job.

      Amazing Culture!!!! Feel Good Working Here!! Humana PMT Team!!!

      Pros

      I am with the Humana PMT Team and we really have fun at work. The environment among our department is so positive. We even have cubical yoga! Never a dull moment and if you are down - supervisors and even our manager are here to listen.

      Cons

      Its a sales position. Making quota can sometime be stressful, but the goal is attainable. We have one on one coaching to grow and improve. Also get a lot of continuous group training's. Medical benefits could do with a little improvement and I know they are actively working on this.

      Great leadership and very bright employees! This is definitely an up and coming company trending in a positive direction! HPOne under the vision of some highly talented and tuned-in individuals within the management are doing things the right way! If you are wanting to make a difference in people's lives and be handsomely rewarded for your efforts from an honest day's work...get in now! You will be pleasantly surprised! Great company and place to work!!!
