      Super happy with the upbeat atmosphere, team/family feeling that I get here at HPOne Gilbert!!! I am looking forward to a long, prosperous career here. I love that the Humana products we represent have actual value and are beneficial to the folks we work with.

      Well... if you are not a morning person, the hours might be rough.

      Pros

      This place is fantastic! You get to sign up for benefits on day one and it starts the first of the next month. I've worked other jobs were I didnt get benefits until 6 months later. The benefits are also great. Unlike most insurance places I've worked where the insurance was terrible because they knew how to do you in this insurance is actually pretty good. The atmosphere here is awesome. Everyone helps each other out. It's not like they all compete with one another. The whole group is one team. I hope I work here until I retire in 30 years.

      Cons

      Parts of the Sales training did feel a little rushed and we weren't given time to take notes.
