Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Worst company ever.

Cons

Where do I start? The leads are awful and its impossible to get a sale. There are people getting told they qualify for benefits when they only have Medicaid. It’s Also very slow. I got 7 inbound calls total today and made 200 outbound and no one answered. All straight to voicemail. They give you crappy leads but expect you to make goal. If you don’t make goal every month your fired. They don’t care about you. That’s why you see them constantly hiring people because people are either getting fired or quitting.

Pros

When I started, the training and the environment were great. I learned about Medicare and helped many people get the benefits they needed. My team was fun and hardworking and the leaders over us were fun and motivating. Flexibility in schedule.

Cons

After a couple years things changed. The pressure to meet quotas or keep your active rate high enough increased. This was noticeably harder as there was a change with the leads behind the scenes. You can't mention anything about the lower quality leads without being "accountable" for your own actions. The health insurance benefits from the company suck, ironically. The attitude of helping clients and doing what was right for them seemed to shift to doing whatever you could to get the sale as long as it was compliant.
