Pros

Awesome training and managers that care. Okay pay.

Cons

Bad cheap technology and of course unrealistic sales expectations for it being SEP not AEP.

Pros

Most of the supervisors are fantastic, not a pushy, stressed atmosphere for the sales agents. They do have a fast track for people looking to move up in the company.

Cons

Attendance policy is a little ridiculous and they are always changing your assignments based on the needs of the carriers. I have had 8 different supervisors since joining less than a year ago. They have the supervisors running training classes for new agents, all while trying to support their own teams. Commission is way lower than the average.

Pros

$22 an hour starting pay. Work from home.

Cons

They cut inbound calls from people that don't transfer calls to brokerage. But if you aren't getting calls to transfer how can you transfer? they don't care its more about transfers than sales and even then its $45 per sale. Literally, all day is spent cold calling to 350+ voice-mails a day and constantly being threatened with being fired. This job is not a long-term one soon this will all be automated online and won't need a real person. The benefits suck for a health insurance place we have cigna and to see your Dr it's $45 Co pay. They don't pay for any birth control or anything like that. If you work here get paid for the training then bounce out.
